What was the highlight of Baobab Holiday Resort
This is a fancy motel.
The hotel was very quiet which is what I was looking for. I quiet place but was hoping for some liveliness which there were none.
The breakfast was bland although one of the staff went out of his way to make pancakes for me. I appreciate that!! However, the food was not covered, there were flies everywhere. At least cover the food. The place didn't have a beachfront so you had to walk outside to access the beach. The walk to the beach didn't feel quite safe. It felt very disserted. The towels in the facility were orange and had a stain (not sure if this was just a mark to identify their towels) but I was surprised with orange towels, no bathrobe. There wasn't much of food options especially for dinner. The menu was just Chinese food.

Bad location, no direct access to the beach or ocean view, rooms are dusty, AC not working well, no fridge, didn’t get ground floor as we had requested, too pricey, food not good, noisy by construction and pedestrians, the staff are not helpful, very boring place, I saw only three guests for the six hours waiting for the resort to cancel our booking, they didn’t respond to my request to cancel my reservation prior to staying with them, took almost six hours to get assistance with booking cancellation. They deducted 48% of my payment and they told me they’ll refund tomorrow. So I don’t have my refund yet. Not worth the price and time.
